Spa Policies

Medical Spa Booking Fee

We request a $100.00 deposit for Medical Spa Consultations with same day Treatments, a 50.00 deposit for Medical Spa Treatments and a $25.00 deposit for Medical Spa Consultations be secured with a credit card upon scheduling the appointment.  This deposit will then be applied towards your procedure. This fee will be forfeited if you do not show for your appointment or cancel/reschedule within a 24 hour period. We recommend reserving a future appointment upon completion of the current one so we can better accommodate your wishes.

This policy has been implemented as an added benefit to our patients. Since our Medical Spa schedule is extremely busy, we feel that this policy will enable patients who are serious about getting their treatments done in a timely manner to get on the schedule sooner.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.
Cell Phones
In consideration of guests, we ask that cell phones & electronic devices are turned off during the visit.
For the comfort of all our clients, the Spa at Aestique® is a smoke-free facility.

Spa Policy

Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.  Abbreviated appointments will be charged at full value of the scheduled service.  Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled.

Standing Appointments
We are happy to schedule your requested spa service as a recurring appointment at your request and if the appropriate time on the schedule allows.  Standing appointments are subject to our Traditional Spa Service Cancellation Policy.  If you do not show for 3 standing appointments, we reserve the right to cancel any future standing appointments.

Cancellation Policy for Traditional Spa Services
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service.

Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to complete a client registration and service evaluation necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs.  It also allows us time to get you changed into a robe (if necessary) in time for your scheduled appointment.  We ask that groups of 3 or more arrive 30 minutes early.

Return Policy
We will be happy to accept returns on products purchased from the spa within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.  All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY for future purchases. No cash refunds.

ZO Skincare/Latisse: No Returns/Refunds
In the rare event of a significant allergic reaction seen and confirmed by our trained staff, The Spa at Aestique® will appeal to the manufacturer on your behalf. If and when ZO Skincare/Allergan replaces product to our office, spa credit will be granted. No Cash refunds will be granted.
Jane Iredale: No Returns/Refunds
The Spa at Aestique® recommends that before purchasing Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up, you get matched up for your correct shade.  This is done at no charge by one of our fully trained estheticians; by appointment only.  In the rare event of a significant allergic reaction seen and confirmed by our trained staff, The Spa at Aestique® will appeal to the manufacturer on your behalf. If and when Jane Iredale replaces products to our office, spa credit will be granted. No Cash refunds will be granted.

Health Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services. All information remains confidential.

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. Tipping is appreciated and left to the discretion of our guests.

All major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted with proper I.D.  Returned checks will be subject to a $30 NSF fee.  We also accept Care Credit financing.  Any gift cards, coupons or spa packages must be mentioned at time of booking.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. We strongly recommend that you keep all valuables with you during your scheduled appointment.

Massage services will not be performed on a client who is within the first trimester of pregnancy.

Age Requirements
Clients must be 16 years of age or older to receive massage treatments unless a parent or guardian is present in the treatment room during the service.  Children under 16 are not permitted in the Spa unattended unless a service is being performed on the child.  Special services are available for children under the age of 16.  Please call our concierge for more information.

Donations/Charitable Contributions

The Spa At Aestique receives so many donation requests each year from worthy organizations. It is for this reason that we recommend your written request be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to your event date. From there, a variety of factors are included in the evaluation of these requests; most importantly, our contributions are concentrated on organizations in our local communities that align with the values of The Spa At Aestique and Aestique Plastic Surgical Associates to help improve the health, well-being and quality of life for others.  Please make note if you are a client or referred by one.
